Product Description

One-Touch Cleaning System Kit is compatible with Weber original 18 1/2 inch charcoal kettle: 31001, 441001, 441004, 451001, 451004, 461001, 461004, 1241004 (2010), 1251004 (2010), 441995, 441009, 31009, original 18 1/2 inch charcoal kettle. NOTE: not fits Jumbo Joe.

Replaces Part Number: 7443, 90719, 90992, (WEB)77811, (WEB)77812, (WEB)77813, 307443, 307408, 3618.


If you feel your Weber 18" charcoal grill does not work well, it may be a problem with this cleaning system. Don't let a dirty grill ruin your barbecue! Just replace the new cleaning system and have a better barbecue experience.


Application:

1. A cleaning helper: This one-touch cleaning kit is designed to rotate within a maximum 18.5 inch kettle to efficiently sweep the ashes and dusts towards the dust collector located on the bottom, make cleaning a breeze, adding more fun to your BBQ experience!

2. A ventilation control: By rotating the handle, you can effortlessly close the window and see the fire gradually extinguished.


Installation tips:

1. The hardest part is to remove the old cleaning system. Your old bud may become difficult to remove after heat. Please remember to have the right tools ready and working gloves.

2. Clean the inside of the charcoal grill.

3. Assemble and secure the three cleaning blades using protruding fixers. Ensure that the small dots at the end of the metal sheet are aligned during installation. Plus, there are corresponding numbers on each blade, it will be more convenient to assemble according to the numbers.

4. Insert the clean damper blades into the pot and use another metal sheet and metal rod to fix it securely.
